Nexus College of Business, Health & Technology is committed to providing a fair, respectful, and transparent learning environment. Students who have a concern or complaint are encouraged to first attempt to resolve the matter informally with the appropriate staff member, instructor, or department.
If the matter cannot be resolved informally, students may submit a written complaint to the College administration. Nexus College will review the complaint, communicate with the student, and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
Students will not be penalized or treated unfairly for submitting a complaint in good faith.
